Powder coating
Brief description
Technology. Powder coating technology is significantly different from conventional painting with liquid enamels. Judging by the title you can understand that the paint is a fine powder.
This technology is environmentally friendly and gives a perfect and long-lasting and durable coating that has excellent aesthetic appearance. This cover is not terrible - mechanical impact, water ingress and direct sunlight.
In its structure are organic or inorganic substances, namely polymers that when exposed to temperatures acquire plasticity and spread on the surface of the part, creating a uniform protective polymer layer.
Adhesion. Such a layer during solidification so much sticks to the details that you may withdraw only by means of dipping the part in a special caustic solution, or with the help sand blasting/shot peening.
Process of application and polymerization. The process of powder coating is to spray the paint on the surface of the product which subsequently is placed in a furnace. In the kiln under high temperature (200° C) occurs by fusion of the particles effect polymerization of the coating. For painting, this method is ideal for all types of metal as well as ceramics and other materials that when heated to 200° does not change its geometric shape and does not emit any gases and don't change its chemical properties.
